About Urdu Text Tool

Urdu Text Tool is a comprehensive online utility for Urdu speakers, writers, developers, and the Pakistani and South Asian diaspora. It combines four tools in a single interface: a virtual Urdu keyboard, a Roman to Urdu transliterator, an RTL character counter, and a Unicode inspector. The virtual keyboard displays the complete Urdu Unicode character set arranged in a natural typing layout. Clicking characters inserts them into the output textarea which is right-to-left and rendered in Noto Nastaliq Urdu loaded from Google Fonts. The character counter handles RTL text correctly and shows character count, word count, and line count alongside social media character limits. The Unicode inspector shows every character in pasted Urdu text with its Unicode code point, Unicode name, and HTML entity.
